GORSE-OF-COURSE

Part of our journey here at Khemeia Valley is working with the whenua (land), observing, and understanding what its needs are, and then responding to those. Having gorse grow abundantly is Nature's way of trying to cover the soil, it's a pioneer plant that is particularly good at its job in Northland's warm climate.  Instead of letting the abundance of gorse overwhelm us, we have embraced it and are learning to work with it until it is finally shaded out by the ngahere (native bush) that we are regenerating.

This gently scented and luxuriously lathering soap has been made to remind us that ‘weeds' are just a response and reflection of their environmental conditions. When you are using this soap, it's a great reminder to observe your own situation(s) and see how you are reacting or responding within your environment(s).

Ingredients: Olea europae (Pomace Olive Oil), Cocos nucifera (Coconut Oil), Butyspermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Cannabis sativa (Hemp Seed Oil), Ricinus communis (Castor Oil), Honey Suckle & Jasmine Natural Fragrance Oil (CandleScience Clean Scents Range),  Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange)Essential Oil, Mica, Ulex europaeus (Gorse) Flowers.
